Our friends over at CHS say a SWAT team has surrounded a Capitol Hill apartment building on Melrose Ave looking for a burglary suspect:

Officers began establishing a perimeter around the building around 9 this morning. SWAT forces entered the building but it is not yet clear if the suspect has been contacted. The discovery of a moving truck associated with the suspect helped pinpoint his location.
