PubliCola Picks: Our Primary Election Endorsements

PubliCola made our final primary election picks this week: Lefty Bob Hasegawa for state Rep. in South Seattle and conservative Derek Kilmer for state senate in Gig Harbor. Here's a handy list of all the candidates (29) we think should get your vote in the August 17th primary election. PubliCola's in-depth endorsements—which include all the King County races in contention this primary, plus key contested races in Snohomish and Pierce County—are the most comprehensive news pub endorsements in the state.

For the top-two primary, PubliCola is only making endorsements in races in which there are more than two candidates. In races with just two candidates, both go through to the general. We will endorse in those races in October.
We are, however, also endorsing in the two-person race for Supreme Court Position 1, in which the candidate that wins the primary wins the seat.
