Ronald V. Ellis has officially been charged with assault by the City of Seattle for allegedly attacking his neighbor with a bucket of urine, feces and vomit.

The P.I. reports that Ellis was arrested and released. A new warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to show up to a court date Saturday:

Ellis was booked into King County Jail for investigation of assault about 11 p.m. Aug. 11. Court records show he was previously convicted of domestic violence assault in fall 1998.

He was released from jail the following day and a warrant was issued after he did not appear at his Saturday court appearance, according to municipal court records.
