You Wouldn't Like Him When He's Angry
We've got a few more details on that Wednesday morning police chase near Aurora.
Police were called to the Wallingford Inn on 44th and Green Lake Way N at about 11:45pm on June 29th after receiving a report of a "disturbance."
Officers arrived on scene and found that a door to one room had been forced open, and spotted a man fleeing through the motel's parking lot.
Officers stopped the man, who was "speak[ing] rapidly and nonsensically" and "appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant such as Cocaine."
The man man took off running and officers chased him for several blocks, but lost track of him.
Officers called in the K-9 unit and Guardian One helicopter to look for the suspect.
Police eventually found the suspect passed out on the porch of a home at 42nd and Whitman Ave N. Officers took the man into custody and found a crack pipe on him.
Police returned to the motel and interviewed two people who told police the suspect had broken into their room following a dispute over drugs.
One of the victims told police the suspect had given him cocaine earlier in the evening and then showed up at the victim's motel room and demanded money.
The report says the suspect began pounding on the door, shouting "Mother fucker! I you don't open this door I'm going to get angry and you don't want me to get angry!"
The victims told police they hid in their bathroom and locked the door. Moments later, they heard the suspect breaking into their room.
Police arrested the suspect for burglary and booked him into the King County Jail.
