Charged alongside two juveniles in the early morning attack, 19-year-old Abdirizak D. Mohamed stands accused of attacking the man as he slept in the 200 block of Yesler Way.

According to charging documents, Mohamed and the two teens -- aged 15 and 16 -- set upon the sleeping man, cutting him with a bottle before walking away from the area.

A friend of the man who was sleeping nearby told police he awoke to the sounds of a scuffle and heard someone yell "Hit him!" according to charging documents.

The victim woke as one of the juvenile suspects slashed at him with a broken bottle, cutting his head and face, according to police statements.
