On Other Blogs Today: McDermott and Inslee Against Emergency Funding for Afghan War
Hey Cola Readers. So, we've been crashing on endorsements all day. Stay tuned. We start rolling them out tomorrow.
Luckily, the other news sites were on it today, although the PI's Strange Bedfellows was about five days late on our Morning Fizz item about Dorsol Plants).
1. Seattle Transit Blog explains everything you ever wanted to know (or didn't want to know) about the East Link debate.
2. The Seattle Times's Politics Northwest blog covers Reps. Jay Inslee and Jim McDermott voting against an emergency spending war bill. (Don't blame WikiLeaks, both libs made it clear where they were on this a while back.)
3. The Bellingham Herald's Sam Taylor deals with accusations about his professional integrity with style and grace. Basically, a Republican candidate complained that Taylor requested his personnel file. Huh. Sounds like standard reporting to me. (Oh, and as Taylor points out, he requested the Dem's profile too.)
4. Goldy over at HASeattle has a knee-slapper with a story about poop bags. Giggle alert.
5. And the The P-I reports that Dorsol Plants is running for City Council again, something the Fizz had reported Thursday of last week.
