Thanh Diep, who prosecutors say targeted the elderly in a string of burglaries, will spend the next 14 years in prison after a King County Superior Court judge handed down an exceptional sentence this morning.

Thanh Diep, 43, won't be nearly as old as his victims he preyed upon when he's released from prison, but hopefully he'll be too old to steal any more chihuahuas.
