Police surrounded a Capitol Hill apartment building this morning and called in the SWAT team after an armed man barricaded himself inside.

Police were called to the 400 block of E Loretta Pl at 5:20am after the man made some threats.

Police tell us SWAT has entered the apartment. We'll update when we get more.
