Former Republican AG Ken Eikenberry Endorses Didier
Ken Eikenberry, former Washington state Attorney General (in the 1980s), GOP state chair, and state legislator from Seattle's 36th District (in the 1970s), endorsed Clint Didier for U.S. Senate today.
“I am proud to support Clint Didier," Eikenberry said in a press statement, “and I encourage my fellow Republicans to get behind him. Clint brings a passion and enthusiasm to this race, which will motivate grassroots Republicans to get out and do the work necessary to achieve victory."
Eikenberry is currently on the board of the conservative Constitutional Law PAC, which raises money to elect conservatives to the Washington State Supreme Court. He ran for governor in 1992 and lost to Mike Lowry.
KVI and KTTH alum, conservative talk radio host Mike Siegel was also queued up in the Didier press release: “His endorsement ... should ... resonate with the grassroots movement.”
Yesterday, Didier was endorsed by conservative grassroots hero U.S. Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX).
