Robbers Use Stun Gun on Woman In Phinney Ridge
Seattle police are investigating a robbery in Phinney Ridge after a man apparently Tasered a woman outside of her apartment building and stole her purse.
According to a police report, the woman was unloading her car in her apartment bulding garage at 42nd and Phinney Av N. at about 1:45pm on May 17th when "she felt an eletric current on the right side of her neck" and was pushed down onto the trunk of her car.
The woman saw a man grab her purse and then walk over to an Asian woman standing nearby, before they both climbed inside a small gray or silver sedan and took off.
The woman was able to give police the vehicle's license plate number, but the plate was apparently reported stolen off of another vehicle.
The report says police have no suspects in the robbery.
