Tomorrow's Calendar: Author Amy Pennington reads from her book Urban Pantry: Tips & Recipes for a Thrifty, Sustainable & Seasonal Kitchen, which includes information about shopping, canning, gardening, and food storage, at the Ballard Branch of the Seattle Public Library.

Seattle 2.0's inaugural awards ceremony happens tomorrow night, with Google/Picnik's Jonathan Sposato as the keynote speaker.
