Seattle police were called to Lincoln Towing at 125 and Aurora at about 1:15pm after a man armed with a shotgun and a knife threatened to shoot anyone who "messed with his stuff."

It sounds like suspect, a white male in his 50s, then took off on a bicycle.

Update @1:25: Sounds like police have someone in custody.
