Two men were shot, one fatally, at about 6 p.m. Thursday in the Skyway area, between Seattle and Renton.

King County sheriff's deputies summoned to the scene found one victim outside a 7-Eleven store near South 129th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, according to police spokesman Sgt. John Urquhart. He said the man died at the scene.

Another victim was found in a parking lot of the Cedar Village Apartments in the 6200 block of South 129th Street, around the corner from the store, Urquhart said. That man was taken to Seattle's Harborview Medical Center in critical condition.
