A registered sex offender has been jailed following allegations that he exposed himself to children at the downtown Seattle Public Library.

In the current case, prosecutors claim [William Ray] Green was seen on March 28 lingering in the children's books section of the library at 1000 Fourth Avenue in downtown Seattle. When security was called to the area, Green allegedly wandered into a cafe at the library, where he was seen exposing himself while staring at a young girl and masturbating.
