By Tom Fucoloro April 27, 2010

Three young males jumped a boy on NE 65th near I-5, sending him to the hospital.

The victim was talking on an iPhone when the suspects ran up behind him around 3 p.m. April 20, according to the police report. One of the suspects said, "Give me your phone." When the victim said no, one of the suspects pushed him against a bike rack and another punched him, knocking him to the ground. One of them grabbed the phone and they fled.

No witnesses were able to give much of a description. The victim was treated for cuts around his mouth and was transported to Children's Hospital. No suspects were located.

iPod Robbery in Belltown

Details from the police report are sketchy, but around midnight April 21, a group of suspects surrounded a man at 3rd and Bell and demanded he give them his iPod and any money he had. Fearing for his safety, the victim handed over the iPod and $11 and the group left. Police seem to have suspects, but the report does not mention any arrests.
