City Hall
Correction
In our report on Seattle City Council Member Tim Burgess' panhandling ordinance yesterday, we noted a Downtown Seattle Association poll that found 77 percent approval for the ordinance.
However, we also reported that the poll relied on 4 of 4 voters (perfect voters) rather than much more common folks, like 2 of 4 voters. That was incorrect. The survey polled "2 of 4 or better" voters according to the EMC, the firm that did the polling.
We regret the error.
