At 2:45 this afternoon, both sides in the lawsuit over the "missing link" of the Burke-Gilman Trail in Ballard were informed that a ruling in the case, scheduled for 3:00, will be delayed until April 12. The judge in the case, King County Superior Court judge Jim Rogers, is on vacation for the next week; according to David Hiller of the Cascade Bicycle Club, a defendant in the lawsuit, he was not in his office this afternoon.
