In King County Superior Court on Monday, Augustine appeared agitated and mumbled something about "not doing anything" as he stood before a judge with his attorney.

When asked by the judge if he had ever received medication for mental health issues, Augustine replied: "Yes but your honor... Your honor, this is all against me this is not something I've done. I'm not here for something I've really done."

Augustine's attorney explained that he had been in a mental institution in another state before and that she wanted him evaluated here. The judge said a doctor will go to the jail for an evaluation.
