This isn't crime per se, but there's a student protest going on at UW this afternoon which could potentially disrupt traffic.

Incidentally, I just stopped by the North Precinct where someone had left their riot control tactics manual laying around. (And now I know alllllllll about the Crossbow formation).

Riot control officers are apparently on scene for today's protest, but we haven't heard anything about it getting out of hand. We'll let you know if that changes.
