Medics were called to Seward Park at 12:54 after receiving a report that a 25-year-old man was shot near the park.

Police are searching the park and just broadcast a description of the suspect: a black male in his early 20s, 5'8 medium build, with a crew cut, clean shaven, wearing a hoodie and black jeans.
