Seattle and Yakima homicide detectives arrested two men suspected in a fatal shooting outside of a Yakima grocery store last week after tracing a cell phone to an address in the Central District.

Detectives arrested the two men, Jordan Dior Daisy and Ezra William Swann, at a duplex in the 1400 block of 30th Ave on March 1st.

According to a search warrant affidavit filed in King County by a member of the Yakima Police Department's gang enforcement team, Swann and Daisy violently assaulted one man and fatally shot another in the parking lot of a Yakima Thriftway on February 27th. Records indicate Swann and Daisy were supposed to accompany the victims to a party, but that the victims had attempted to ditch Swann and Daisy. Court documents indicate Daisy "felt disrespected" and opened fire on the two men, as they sat in a car in the store's parking lot.

Swann and Daisy then fled to Seattle, where police traced Daisy's cell phone to his mother's home in the Central District.

Daisy and Swann were booked into the King County Jail at about 8:00pm on March 1st and transferred to Yakima two days later.
