The Seattle PI digs a bit deeper into Vladislav Orlovskii, the 24-year-old man arrested last weekend for blazing across 520 in a tricked out BMW.

When Mercer Island resident Richard Crawford read a Wednesday news report Wednesday of a man arrested for suspected reckless driving on state Route 520, the named seemed familiar.

The 24-year-old who troopers say went 150 mph Saturday was Vladislav Orlovskii -- the same person Crawford said hit his car in a reckless driving case nearly seven years ago.

"If someone was more strict with him, maybe he would have learned a lesson then," said Crawford's wife, Barbara.
