By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee March 17, 2010

The PI.com has the scoop:

According to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday, the men were caught in the parking lot by Drug Enforcement Administration agents with 2 ½ pounds of heroin. Neither man is purported to be affiliated with the school.

In the federal complaint, a DEA special agent alleged that Victor Hugo Gutama and Teodoro Contreras arrived at the soccer field lot attempting to deliver heroin to two men under DEA surveillance.

Following a tip, agents followed a Kent man from his home on Monday to the school, where he was expected to purchase a quantity of heroin in excess of 10 ounces.
