Police are blocking off 15th NE between 45th and 50th after someone in the area called police and reported seeing a man dressed in black drop something a white bag down a man hole at 47th and 15th NE.

It sounds like SPD's bomb squad is also being called in. Man, those guys have great job security. Seattle Public Utilities is coming out to remove the manhole cover. Then police will decide whether to call out the bomb squad.

Update @ 10:50: Sounds like the bomb squad has called this off. Nothing to see here.
