A man arrested by SPD's SWAT team following a standoff in the University District last week is also suspected of robbing an Issaquah bank earlier this month, says Issaquah Press:

Seattle Police arrested a man suspected in the Feb. 4 robbery of The Bank of Washington branch in Issaquah. Seattle detectives located the 29-year-old man Feb. 9. Officers, detectives and SWAT members surrounded the apartment building and called people outside, a news release from the Seattle Police states.

Issaquah Police Cmdr. Scott Behrbaum said a man dressed in dark clothing entered The Bank of Washington, 1250 N.W. Mall St., at about 2:15 p.m. Feb. 4, robbed the bank and then fled. Police did not disclose the amount of money stolen by the man. No bank employees were injured during the incident.
