Fart Terrorism

By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee February 12, 2010

I'm so glad this story exists:

South Kitsap Fire and Rescue personnel evacuated the Wal-Mart store on Bethel Road Sunday after a man reportedly released “stink bombs” and “super fart spray” in the building, the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office reported.

When the deputy arrived, approximately 75 customers and employees had been evacuated from the store. The suspect, a 51-year-old Belfair resident, reportedly admitted to the deputy that he had dumped the liquid in the store and said it was “stink bombs.”

He said he had dumped two boxes of the vials in the store, and had also sprayed a can of “Super Fart Spray” — which the deputy noted was the actual name of the product — in the store.

The suspect said he used the spray and the vials as a joke and he thought it would be funny.
