Police swarmed a small white house near Northgate Monday night as officers searched the surrounding neighborhood looking for three men involved in a deadly home-invasion robbery.

A fleet of medic units were dispatched to the home near Interlake Ave N and Northgate Way shortly after 11:00 p.m.

SPD spokesman Jeff Kappel says the two men were shot during what police believe was a home invasion robbery. Early Tuesday morning, a nursing supervisor at Harborview confirmed that both men had died at the hospital.

Following the shooting, police k9 units searched the area  looking for three suspects described as "black males, late 20’s to early 30’s, wearing all black clothing, and at least one of them was armed with a handgun." No word yet on any arrests.
