Eric Rohmer, whose Ma nuit chez Maud played in this year's 1969 series at the Northwest Film Forum, has died. Part of Rohmer's Six Moral Tales series, Maud was a big hit in the United States, and the film that introduced Rohmer to most of those who knew of him on this side of the Atlantic.
