Charges Filed Against Alleged Hit-and-Run Drunk Driver
Charges have been filed against Aydin Moghadaspour, a man who was allegedly drunk as he sped through Fremont intersection in a stolen car, colliding with an oncoming vehicle and then running over a pedestrian during the morning hours of December 27th.
Shortly after the wreck, Moghadaspour crawled out of the stolen car, and limped away from the crime scene. Police later located him at his mother's house. He is also wanted on a DOC warrant for skipping out on felony supervision.
Charges filed against the Moghadaspour include one count of second degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, one count of vehicular assault, and one count of felony hit-and-run.
