Seattle police recovered a woman's body found floating in Salmon Bay this morning.

At 9:30 a.m., officers responded to the McGinnis Marina in the 5300 block of 28th Ave NW and found the body of a woman in her 40s floating in the water. Police say they're investigating this as an accidental death.

According to MyBallard, the woman "is believed to be a homeless person."
