Governor Chris Gregoire is pissed at the state of Arkansas. Real pissed. So pissed that Washington state will now refuse all Arkansas parolees, resulting from Arkasas officials' refusal to issues a warrant for the arrest of Maurice Clemmons after he violated the terms of his Arkansas parole, repeatedly getting arrested in this state last summer. State authorities say the slaying of four police officers in Lakewood could have been avoided if the warrant was issued because Clemmons would have remained locked up.  But apparently Arkansas wasn't willing to play ball.
