Shots Fired Outside of Queen Anne Club

By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee December 24, 2009

SPD's gang unit is investigating a possible drive-by shooting which took place early this morning outside of a nightclub near Seattle Center.

At about 2:30 a.m., an officer patrolling outside of Club Diamond—police say officers had already been sent to the club to deal with a disturbance earlier in the evening—heard shots fired in a nearby parking lot.

Police saw a vehicle leaving the scene and pulled it over at Denny and Broad Street. Police arrested two men and two juveniles inside and booked them in to jail for unlawful posession of firearms and investigation of drive-by shooting.

Two years ago, four men were injured in another apparent gang shooting at the same club, back when it was known as Level 5.
