Three people were arrested in the University District this morning after someone fired off a few shots near a nightclub.

At about 1:30 a.m., police on patrol near 45th and 8th Ave NE received a report about a large fight in the area from nightclub security staff. Officers heard three shots and found a stolen .38 revolver. 

No one was injured in the shooting, but police did find one bullet lodged in a vehicle.

Police took seven people into custody, including three juveniles. Police eventuall booked three adults into the King County Jail for investigation of assault.
