Make some transit improvements NOW. -Announce date of education summit and How Seattle is Going to Get Some of the Federal Dollars Gregoire passed up. Get a dropout scorecard going on every school and have neighborhood summits to ask citizens and groups — what is YOUR contribution goign to be to meet our goal of Reducing Dropout Rate by 8 points a year and getting it Down to Zero in Four Years..
–Get on the broadband thing, but now.
