Seattle police are looking for 29-year-old Daniel Thomas Hicks in connection with the fatal shooting  of a 13-week-old girl (police initially said 14 months-old) and her 28-year-old mother at a home in Beacon Hill this morning. It's not yet clear how Hicks is connected to the woman.

Police believe Hicks is driving a white 2006 Chevy pickup truck with a chrome tool box in the bed. The license plate number on the vehicle is A68135Z. Hicks is considered armed and dangerous.

As we reported earlier today, court records say Hicks was ordered to take anger management classes in 2001 after he attacked a motorist in Downtown Seattle. Hicks does not appear to have any other criminal history in Washington.
