A man who allegedly broke into several south Seattle condominiums while high on crack-cocaine last Wednesday morning was found by police, hiding under a bed in one of the units, after officers noticed the door of the residence had been kicked in.

The suspect, who had to be physically removed from under the bed, was non-responsive when officers contacted him. What police believe to be a crack pipe was found in the man's possession, along with a small amount of cash and some jewelry; a tub of cottage cheese with a spoon in it was found near his hiding place. The suspect was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.

Police were initially called to the scene after one condo resident reported that a man had kicked in her front door. The man, after seeing condo owner, reportedly said "Oh, Jesus Christ" and fled without taking anything. 

The man is then believed to have fled to the residence where he was later located by police. According to the report the condo appeared to have been rummaged through, and fecal matter belonging to the man was found in the toilet.
