Quiana Williams and Letricia Nelson -- two of the many friends and relatives who, police say, lent assistance to alleged cop killer, Maurice Clemmons -- will be arraigned tomorrow in Pierce County Superior Court. Both will be charged with multiple counts of First Degree Rendering Criminal Assistance. 

Pierce County Deputy Prosecutor Stephen Penner says prosecutors will seek the maximum penalty of five years for each count. Each woman will be assessed a charge for each specific instance of helping Clemmons elude authorities. Specific charges will be released during tomorrow's arraignment.

According to court documents, Williams picked Clemmons up at the Auburn Super Mall, took him to her house where she let Clemmons change clothes and helped him bandage his wound. Later, she dropped him off in the Leschi neighborhood, minutes before police pulled her over. Penner said prosecutors will charge her with at least two counts.

Nelson treated Clemmons' wounds at her Algona-Pacific address, in Pierce County, and drove him to meet Williams in the Auburn Super Mall parking lot, court documents say.

A third person, Darcus Allen, who is believed to have driven Clemmons -- whom he served time with in Arkansas -- from the scene of the slayings, is being held on an outstanding warrant from Arkansas for aggravated burglary.  An arraignment date has not yet been set for him, though police say they would like to charge him with murder.
