Mayor-Elect Mike McGinn just announced that he plans to keep three appointees from the Greg Nickels administration: James Keblas, head of the Mayor's Office of Film and Music; Julie Nelson, head of the Office for Civil Rights; and Robert Nellams, head of Seattle Center.

A rumor circulating earlier this month had Nellams on the way out.

Seattle Center is in the midst of a multi-year makeover, including the dismantling of the Fun Forest amusement park, the demolition of Memorial Stadium, and the construction of new headquarters for the Gates Foundation just off the Center campus.
