From the PI.Com:
Responding to a buglary-in-progress call early Thursday morning, Seattle police discovered an as-yet-unidentified thief broke into The Mac Store at 815 N.E. 45th St.
At about 1:30 a.m., a private security officer noticed that the store's front door had been forced open, Seattle police spokesman Mark Jamieson said. Having notified police, the guard called again to say he'd spotted a man running from the building.
Examining the scene, Jamieson said officers determined the burglar had entered a neighboring Petco store and broken down a shared wall to access the U-District business.
"It appears the suspect made entry into The Mac Store through the drywall," Jamieson said.
