A man seen carrying a handgun in one hand and a knife in the other as he walked Belmont Ave was taken into custody by Seattle police, SPD spokesperson Mark Jamieson told CHS. This afternoon around 12:15 a 911 call came in from a person who saw the man pull a handgun from his bag as he walked southbound on Belmont toward Harrison.
