Susan Hutchison called Dow Constantine after today's drop to concede.

Constantine actually declared victory last night when he came out on top 57 to 42.7, with a 34,879 vote lead.

After today's drop (54,000 votes in King County), Constantine increased his lead slightly  to  57.5  to 42.2 with a  45,399 vote difference.
