By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee November 2, 2009

From the PI:

A man described as a person of interest in the killing of a Seattle police officer on Halloween night has been ordered held on $30,000 bail - far less than the $150,000 city prosecutors requested.

The report says the man told a police sergeant he might have to "take someone out" and threatened to kill police and corrections officers.
