Medics treated a man at Westlake Mall minutes ago after, police say, he accidentally shot himself.

According to police, at about 2:50 p.m., the man's gun went off and hit him the leg while he was inside the Westlake Mall food court area.

Police did not have any further information about the man. It appears he was transported to Harborview.
