SLUG, the latest Bob Redmond-curated poetry project, will be on stage at the Rendezvous Jewelbox Theater tonight.

Contributing poets aka, Amy Baranski, Amanda Mae, Linden Ontjes, Arne Pihl, Michel Dylan Welch, and Redmond will read food-themed haiku that they wrote on paper bags. There will also be "a rubber stamp party" and music.

Jewelbox Theater, 7pm, free.

You can also see the haiku bag installation on display at Madison Market (16th and Madison) this month and in September, after which it will travel to grocery stores around the city. For details, see the Luna Park website.
