And Some Film Fizz

So, I was titillated to learn yesterday, as reported on indieWire, that the 82nd Oscars will feature 10 nominees for Best Picture—the first time this has happened since 1943.
I guess even if an old dog can't learn new tricks, it can bring back the oldest ones.
The 10 nominees in 1943 were: Casablanca, Heaven Can Wait, The Human Comedy , In Which We Serve, Madame Curie, The More the Merrier , The Ox Bow Incident, The Song of Bernadette, and Watch on the Rhine. And the winner was ... Casablanca.
