Chris Kissel, our excellent Washington, D.C. reporter, is taking the summer off. It's the young Mr. Kissel's last summer as a college student, and he wanted to go to America's real capital city— Brooklyn, NY—to goof out for a few months. (What a J.D.)
Don't worry, we're happy to report the delinquent Kissel will return to PubliCola in the fall.
