As state legislators face an unprecedented budget deficit, the state and lefty groups like Fuse have created online games that allow voters to take a crack at balancing the budget themselves.

However, PubliCola's very own NerdNerd played a budget-balancing game of her own (she is a nerd!), that seems more fun (it involves beer). It's modeled after the NCAA March Madness brackets—health care vs. education etc. 

She wrote about it two weeks ago, but it seems worth re-posting today as the new budget numbers (a $9 billion shortfall?) get released.
