There are only 10 sites linked on the Blog-Rola, sites we think of as indispensable. 

At FoodNerd's request, we added a new site today: Erica C. Barnett's The C. is for Cocina, an outstanding food blog that not only talks about recipes and restaurants, but also government food policy. 

However, whenever we add a site, another site must get eliminated.
