Afternoon Fizz

By Josh Feit February 23, 2009

Tim Killian, who announced just two months ago that he was running for Seattle City Council, has "suspended" his campaign.

Here's his press release:
I am suspending my campaign for Seattle City Council.

Due to pressing family matters, I am currently unable to devote the time required to campaign for public office.

My passion for the future of Seattle has not diminished and my participation in public life will not go away. I am now looking for new ways to involve myself in building a better future for this city.

Thanks to all who supported my campaign. I am proud of those who've made the difficult choice to run for office. It is a noble endeavor, and I applaud their willingness to serve.
