The brothers behind Barolo Ristorante and Mamma Melina are opening Cinque Terra Ristorante on June 8 in the Amazon Doppler building. Expect a focus on local seafood, housemade pastas and pizzas, and more with plenty of wine varietals to choose from.

The bar and restaurant serving Levantine cuisine from Middle Eastern and Mediterranean countries opened this week on Capitol Hill, reports Eater Seattle. You can find Mac Jarvis (from Ernest Loves Agnes) in the kitchen dishing out tabbouleh, shawarma, latkes and more from 4pm daily.
Absinthe is the focus of this Belltown spot as it has its opening over the Memorial Day weekend, per Eater Seattle. More than a dozen varieties of the drink will be served, with southern comfort food accompanying it from the kitchen. If you're not an absinthe fan, don't worry–there's a cocktail list of other classic drinks available too.
The tiny tasting room in Capitol Hill is now open, according to Capitol Hill Seattle blog. Get ready to connect with staff and other customers too while sampling kombucha brews in the cozy space.
Il Corvo Pasta Studio
At long last, Mike Easton's highly-anticipated pasta shop is finally open.
Nouvelle cuisine meets Pacific Northwest at this new restaurant opening in the Central District this fall, headed by partners JJ Proville (Il Corvo, Art of the Table) and Zac Overman (Sitka and Spruce, Rob Roy).
The bakery with locations in Interbay and the International District is opening out in the Bellevue Uwajimaya store, according to Eater Seattle. Let's hope they bring their signature beef curry bun and crunchy cream donut with them.
Sushi Kappo Tamura
The Eastlake sushi restaurant will now be serving lunch from 11:30am-2pm on weekdays. On top of the usual menu, lunch specials include the fancy kurobuta (black pig) tonkatsu, and gozen–a dish similar to the popular bento, but served on a platter instead.
The London Plane
Along with breakfast hours starting an hour earlier at 8am, you can now pick up (or text order) boxed lunches from the restaurant from 11am onwards.
